I purchased my goyard st. shopping tote around 2 years ago via emailing the official goyard email. Since last year I noticed the bag handles are starting. I’ve been wanting to purchase a grey St Louis PM for a while now but have been wary due to the many comments about the handles cracking, melting etc. From my research it seems like the handles had some problems with the sealant melting but this was a few years ago. Ive seen people complain about the vinyl dye melting and transferring, but I’ve never seen anyone have the same exact issues with the handles deteriorating.. hopefully this is just an isolated incident/QC thing. I have been doing some research and I’ve read that the goyard melts and wears very easily. (I live in a very humid country) A lot of mixed reviews online as well which made me ponder whether it is worth investing k for a Goyard. I’ll mainly be using the bag for daily activities.
